Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:
✅ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product
✅ Your order number
✅ A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing your artwork shortly after.
